RETURNS

When it comes to refunding policy, all our sales estimate to be finalishence we do not provide any refund policy.

You are only eligible for a return if the product remains unused and in the exact condition that you received it, given a few exceptions. Several goods such as sanitary products, hazardous materials, perishable goods, or flammable liquids are strictly unacceptable.

No refund policy comes with a store credit option where we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

NO REFUNDS (Only Store Credit)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund that will be completely dependent upon the quality in which we will receive the product.
  • Once you are approved, your refund will be initiated, and a credit will automatically be applied to your store credit within 7-10 business days.

NO EXCHANGES (Only Store Credit)

  • We only replace items if you receive them as defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and and send your item to:

SHIPPING

Our shipping process is curated and customized as per your comfort where you get the chance to choose the carrier from the following:

  • USPS
  • FedEx
  • UPS

In order to return your product, you should mail your product to:

PO.Box 793, 16 Rev Martin Luther King Jr Willingboro, NJ 08046.

You will also be charged the non-refundable shipping costs for the return process of your product. And if you receive any refund, then the cost of return shipping will automatically get deducted from your refunded money. Contingent upon where you reside, the time it might take for your traded item to reach you, may vary.  If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All Items Purchased are typically shipped within 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped.

DAMAGED ITEMS

When you received your orders, please inspect for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping (box, packet) to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact Aloumbabelle Service at 609-845-7768 Mondays through Fridays from 9:00 to 8:00 PM, Saturdays from 10:00 to 6:00 PM

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change, price modifications, or cancel an order once it has been submitted.
